Within the controller's organisation, data is processed only by the people who need it for their work and who are bound by confidentiality. Data is not sold and is not made public, apart from the comments and reviews you choose to publish.
Data is not disclosed to other companies, unless required by law, for example at the request of a public authority.

- to correct inaccurate data or complete it (rectification, Article 16);
- to delete the data, in the cases provided for by law (erasure, Article 17);
- to suspend the use of the data while a request of yours is being verified (restriction, Article 18);
- to receive the data you have provided in a commonly used format, or to have it transmitted to another controller, when the processing is based on consent or on a contract (portability, Article 20).
Right to object. You can object at any time to uses based on the controller's legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your situation, and always, without giving any reason, to the use of your data for direct marketing (Article 21 of the GDPR).
Withdrawing consent. Where the use of data is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it. Anything done before the withdrawal remains lawful.

If you believe that your data is being processed in breach of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or go to court.
